An outstanding play by Irene to come clear  in the ladies and take home the wine.

On the men's side however, there are rumours of kidnapping of a green hat. As it seems there is some magical quaity about that hat that keeps bringing it's owner to the fore each week.

It would not go beyond the bounds of reallity if other winners decicded not to share the podium such is the "other world power" seemingly emminating from the this green head covering.

Two players particularly, are interested in an investigation at the very least. One of the Johns and his "doubtful character" partner, were sure contenders for the wine this week. Only to be splattered in the last game by Andrew.

Oh well, Such is the Game of petanque.
