Friday 19th January @17:15 the clouds disappeared exposing the most delightful of evenings setting the way for a fantastic Jazz & Shiraz night at the Club.

The canny 22 memebers who called the weather correctly were treated to an incredibly well curated playlist of Jazz, both popular and eclectic. Not only that, but the Sausages & Chicken, which were expertly cooked and presented by Pam & Kathy, were enjoyed throughout the evening by all.

Three games were played in ideal conditions. Even Marija got to play, just about recovered from her injuries as did Leigh.

Sunset. Jazz. Shiraz. Sausages. Chicken, and PETANQUE. Does it get any better than that?
