CPC is on fire this winter, there is so much going on. We are hosting a friendly competition with Mount Martha, it’s time to renew your membership, and we celebrate the club’s 25th Anniversary with an intraclub tournament and a special anniversary dinner.
CPC vs Mt Martha Competition
Saturday 21 June at Camberwell
Call for players
Are you interested in representing the club in this friendly doubles competition? Arrive 9.30 for a 10 am start. The format will be four games with a lunch break in the middle of the day. Teams will be selected randomly each round. Lunch will be provided by the club, afternoon tea provided by Mt Martha.
As in the past when we host friendly competitions, there will be no organised Saturday play. Members not participating in the competition are welcome to have casual play on the unused pistes.
If you would like to play in the competition, please get in touch with Bob using the button below.
We will be catering lunch for this competition, so we require a couple of helpers to undertake bbq duties and serve soup. Mt Martha will be providing arvo tea so there is a slice of cake to look forward to at the end. If you can assist, please contact Kathy using the button below.
Look out for your membership renewal invoice from Paul Williams in your email inbox. Fees for 2025-26 are payable by 30 June. Payment instructions will be included in your invoice.
For the third consecutive year the fee is $115 which includes your PFA licence fee. The PFA have increased their fee by $5 to $40. This additional charge will be absorbed by the club this year. The Associate Members fee is $80 (the same as member’s fees less the PFA licence). Fees are as agreed at the last AGM. If you have any questions you can email Paul here.
We need to know if you are not renewing by 26 June
Even if you don’t intend to continue, the PFA will charge the club for your licence fee if you are on our membership list on June 30. We need a couple of days before then to get the list sorted and follow up. Please let Paul know if you don’t intend to continue by pressing the button below. You will still have access to the club until 1 July.
With membership renewal coming up, it’s also time to reflect on our personal responsibilities as club members. With that in mind, we encourage you to review the Club Code of Conduct which has recently been updated. At the request of Council, we have also developed a Child Safety Policy. This policy sets out our standards particularly when we have schools, scouts, guides or other groups visiting the club. Thanks Deidre for your work on this.
