Combining business and pleasure at our Annual General Meeting which was followed by pizza wine and petanque. We had a very high level of attendance which just goes to show how active and interested our members are! Many thanks to the outgoing committee for all their efforts through the year. The committee has completed extensive analysis of income and expenses, and presented the proposal of: Playing fees are to be abolished, effective from the AGM, accompanied by a small rise in the annual membership subscription to compensate. As the next annual subscription is not due until June 2023, it proposed that the club's financial reserves be used if needed this financial year.
This proposal was accpepted unanimously., as was the CPCI code of Conduct V4.
